Science
I am trained as a computational researcher and a population geneticist.
I am interested to understand the role of natural selection in shaping diversity in humans and other organisms. In particular, Iām interested in the hypothesis that local adaptation explains much of the differential burden of autoimmune diseases across human populations.
As a programmer, I am advanced in Python and intermediate in R and C/C++; legacy code is available on github.
My publications are available on Google Scholar and on PubMed.
